    MGX getting knocked down to low 70s making AZR worth around 23c, but it would be expected to trade at a discount since it is not certain it will be converted into MGX, so that is how the market prices it today.

    Tomorrow may be a different story, frankly the market has not priced in any extra value on this deal which is disappointing to say the least
