Even at a 20% discount to last traded, that would be $1.23.
Say, as per AFR article, $1.5M = 1.2M new fpo being issued.
Register dilution = 1.2%
Agree with the communication comments but until we see the release and any accompanying commentary, it's fruitless second guessing mgmt.
