everyone calm down - its normal for capital raising - and its a private placement so we cant participate even if we wanted to - the soph's always get at cheaper price - thats how it has always worked - in private placement - im glad i didn't buy too many - think i may average down on this one if it gets close to placement price due to panic merchants selling lol Win win !
