Dj in your bottom diagram you have a red rectangle above the formation for SNE 2 , it's obvious they didn't encounter anything of interest there as it would have been material and have to be disclosed, SNE 1 also went through the same formation and SNE 3 will likely be through it by now. There is no reason to believe that will be any different in Bel 1 either, the areas they expect to find hydrocarbons are clearly marked..
Anomalies that indicate hydrocarbons can't distinguish between gas and oil and can only proven by drilling...Bellatrix is the next one to check it out....
