Not unusual for companies like this (pre-financing arrangements) to drop before approval. I remember having paladin resources, went from about 13c to about 0.008 cents, then boom...finance approval - ended up running to about $10 in years to follow ......but these days back down to around 21c, Got into too much debt. Its really a waiting game now, if it goes ahead boom baby, boom. If it doesn't they still have gold operations. If it does go ahead this is like a tech stock in resources area.
