The local market will probably ignore RWD no matter what the impact on real value of the project as viability is established.
The main play is an industry partner and RWD is now eliminating any key objections that could inhibit such a deal being viable.
LD is certainly a Tier 1 play at the resource scale + simplicity of the operation + the high evaporation rate equals interest from the majors.
