No ideas, only stabs in the dark. GDI has always traded well below NTA for some reason, despite the high yield of close to 9%. They were to revalue Mill Green in Perth in December, and I expect a fall in asset values given the situation in Perth. We've heard nothing regarding the valuation but perhaps instos have heard rumours of the fall and it's worse than expected. I see HFT occurring too; can't remember seeing that before, so perhaps shorters are having a go too. As I said, just stabs in the dark.
I haven't sold any of my holdings because I still see value in it despite a possible fall in NTA this year. It still has high yield close to 9%, it's well below NTA of 99 cents (plus don't forget fund management income of $2.9m last year), distributable PE of about 12.4, and gearing of only 25%.
As always we plebs will be the last to know any bad news thoughCheers groins.
