Even the lazy ABC reporters have come to the realisation that real estate agents, renowned for painting an ever optimistic picture, are deluding buyers by misrepresentation of the facts.

As I said before, don't buy for investment now, because in 12 to 24 months time you will be buying at lower prices everywhere.

A massive current and pending oversupply of housing, particularly apartments.

So there is a pending oversupply of freehold land in the CBD's of capital and regional cities? If anyone has any credible information that to any extent supports such a hypothesis I (and many others as well) would be particularly interested?
