majority of so called experts claiming the only way is up for base metals

the cancelled warrant ratio / percentage of total stocks has been rising again

it was 29% on the last data on the LME but of course that's outdated - so it will be very interesting to see if that has increased in light of the reduced stocks. ie if it's rising even with the reduction of stocks it's looking even better for a bigger bounce in price
