Feb 9 the new largest shareholder with 10% is allowed to increase their stake towards 20%
The first lot cost over $6.00 so I would not be surprised to see them add to this number on market dollar cost average their holding , this will soak up the loose stock the traders hold and put the shorts under some pressure for the first time in a long time .
