I think rhino is right. It's a price pending financing, but with a 50% risk factor representing the unknown dilution.
While most followers, like me, might think that there is opportunity for TNG to keep more of the pie, 50% seems fair at this stage, with any less dilution left as potential upside.
Price Target of $4.63. That's 35 TIMES the current SP, page-18
