Yeah this is a tough road.
1. Very challenging to prove.
2. Even if proven, you may still receive nothing or close to.
3. Even if you prove a full claim, it will take a long time and more expense.
It is why I believe that the government should intervene in this case. If there is a way to restructure the company to return to shareholders with competent management then I believe this should be the first priority.
Sure the share price will likely be hammered although shareholders will not be robbed of the company they purchased in good faith.
