Sorry. I get annoyed when people use acronyms and should have known better.
VA is short for voluntary administration.
T+3 is short hand for trading day plus three days to settlement. When you buy shares on the ASX it takes 3 days for your order to settle. I'd be interested to know what happened to those who had settlements occurring before voluntary administrators were appointed on 4 January.
