There is only one certainty, and that is regulatory. When the announcement comes it must be before or exactly simultaneous with any commentary on the reason behind the T/H at the Capetown Conference, otherwise conference attendees will have a head start on us and be able to place opportunistic pre-open orders whilst we are still in the dark. Same applies to Frankfurt exchange. So if anything is to be announced at Capetown, the ASX should have received the announcement first. On the balance of probabaility I would expect some clarification at the Conference, and hence I expect we should have an announcement before market close today
