Not sure what you mean by a communications black out? - there have been plenty of updates on the project as it's been progressing; whatever is going on behind the scenes at present would be done in strictest confidence - we all know how the market works.
Personally, I can't see much happening until the mining licence application is sorted and we can all see a way forward - then everyone will want to jump on board!
