market cap with ~ 726m shares and 60m ops in the $ @ 17.5ents is ~ A$ 139m.
FMG is a$2.4b.
Even allowing for further dilution to to the deal
e.g. issuing 200m shares to minerology as part for any deal M/C will still be < A$200m.
All in all buy - I picked up some more at 17.5cents.
