Yes he can as long as TH is in place. As a previous poster worked out, his speech is approx 11pm today OZ time so release tomorrow morning would work fine.

These guys wrote the book on how to hype the market & will milk this for all they can, which I think is fantastic BTW, so they will play it for what they think is max mileage.

IMO that involves telling the conference the 'good news' B4 the market so they think they are 'special' (excuse the pun) & will be like greyhounds chasing a rabbit on open 2morrow - here's hoping.
