The share price moved up after JH was gone, because oil was potentially flowing, and share holders hyped up over the new MD going to walk on water, etc, and bring value to share holdings.
I can think of about a dozen reasons why the SP has not appreciated since then.
Since JH has been gone, it is a fact, that the Share price has dropped dramatically under Richard Cottee.
