They have an EPC contract where the contractors are taking the risk that the plant performs as designed .
Now they have approvals . It's all looking conveniently packaged .
Surely if you were an earlier stage LNG project , you would exit your project on and just buy LNG Ltd or buy one of their projects .
Save money and gain time .
