    My valuation calculation,

    SHJ:
    (Normalised EBITDA * 5 - Net debt) / total issued shares = ($43m * 5 - $30m) / 173m = $1.06 per share.

    SGH:
    (Normalised EBITDA * 5 - Net debt) / total issued shares = ($150m * 5 - $720m) / 352m = ? per share
