I think you are wrong in your assumption of the 2 stocks in comparison in the same industry of one having a consolidation and the other not but both have lost 50% of their SP.

EGO drilled one well waiting on testing flowrates and holds a production license on which it owns a fully producing gas and condensate plant which its products are being sold for revenue already for a yearly revenue base of $25m plus but has a debt to ERM over its head thus thinking that EGO needed to consolidate its registry to attract instos and farmin partners who have not yet arrived at the door knocking asking for a way in. by way of equity or buying on market. EGO has lost about 40% of its value.

TSV on the other hand after a run of news and 2 wells drilled have discovered gas but also need to flowrate test theirs. TSV were funded $100m by Alcoa for their exploration and in turn are to hand over 65% of their equity in the Warro field for funding them. TSV has no infrastructure in place to produce their gas if the 2 wells awaiting testing are commercial enough to do so. $30m or more to build a plant so Alcoa can benefit from it for their 65% of gas owned. Will Alcoa stump them up too like EGO.???? Yes even with all this TVS also have lost nearly 50% of their SP too WITHOUT consolidation. Would TSV have to negotiate a gas deal like EGO did.????

EGO has had to do all the hard yards and TSV were gifted for their exploration and discovery. I think EGO are worse off than TVS are in comparison for SP losses. Substantial news not coming forward is killing EGO, it has nothing to do with the HC factor of what some may say is the unhappy shareholders negative talk down the stock. Blaming the bad talk of unhappy investors is a cop out and can only be because of unhappy company/shareholder relationship which the company will not address this problem thinking they are better than the shareholder that supports them.

If another CR was due then I think this broken down relationship will faulter and will be undersubscribed by a long way. At what price will they need to offer for a full raising and how many more shares added to the registry.

There is a HUGE difference between the 2 companies that you say there is NONE.
