    Funny isn't it. You are now in breach of our conditions for takeover.
    BTW- We are extending the expiry of our takeover offer.

    You have to admit. these guys have done a good job scaring holders to accept the offer. I was going to accept the offer and I did not even own the shares. Do now though.
