Vitaco update to the market
Vitaco Holdings Limited (ASX: VIT) notes the recent movement in its share price and trading activity and would like to confirm that the company is not aware of any information that has not been released that could explain Vitaco’s trading activity.
At the half year Vitaco is in line with prospectus, and the company will update the market with its first half result and the progress that has been made on key strategic initiatives on 24 February 2016.
Vitaco confirms that it is in compliance with its disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules and in particular ASX Listing Rule 3.1.
