Look at BAL and how they carry themselves in terms of updates. This isn't rocket science and it isn't just about being compliant (as VIT implied) it is about good common sense. it's a pity that VIT management have only woken up today.

VIT management did respond to share holders promptly saying to wait to the official release date some companies never reply.
