If this offer fails I believe the current board's positions are untenable .... they should all resign in my opinion. For starters they are all on the record as believing 2.9 cents is a reasonable offer ..... it is embarrassingly low in my opinion.

I would not like to be doing an independent valuation for this company to support the current transaction going through. The directors will no doubt be pointing at this expert as supporting their decision.

If the bid fails I personally would not like to see this current board of directors acting on my (and Unity's behalf) especially in the Henty JV for example.

The price of gold is lifting but there is no mention of an increased bid.
