They are saying it is cheap because of its did proportionate fall in value. It has been very badly punished, and some say it has gone down too much. When Oil dropped to its lows on Jan 20 , 2016, SEA fells to 9.1 c
When Oil recovered from 20 Jan lows, all the prominent aussie listed oilers SP recovered---except SEA which fell further.
Its sort of illogical, but logic and the current stock market don't go together.
Perhaps its the shorters, short of choice. Its small enough to bash it down. Who knows where SP will be driven to.
