not sure, the RSI is ok, certainly has not been overbought for a long time, could ignore the price action from late Jan and showing higher highs and higher lows.... but a very high PE? the dividend looks pretty good though, price seems to go up before the ann of results, well before payment of the divi, but then goes down a lot, (1.75 to 1.49) I like the idea though, reckon many people downsizing, moving for employment will use this type of service, had on my watchlist a year ago, and then let it drop off, will keep it there for a little while and do some more research, if good management then the service could do ok, reliable divis maybe?
