Further to the announcement made by Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited
("FCG") today, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the final quotation date
for the FCG bonds ("FCG020") will be Friday, 4 March 2016.

The final day of trading in FCG020 will be Thursday, 18 February 2016 prior
to the bonds being suspended at close of business.

A timetable of events is detailed below:
