I must admit I am inclined to agree with your analysis - NAB looks sick at the moment based upon the overall trend, the MA crosses, stoch and RSI. $31 is the key level for NAB as this is the MAJOR support / resistance line since June 02 - so either it touches and bounces again or fails where we could see a more significant decline.
