Thats experts for you. Gold was off last year as the US economy was unstoppable so they had to raise rates. They do one raise and the world economy collapses and gold shoots through the roof.
Expect the opposite to be true when it comes to talking heads.
I did and my goldies have gone up 100% whilst the market has gone backwards about 15-20%.
ps. they used to say iron ore wont drop below about 70-80 USD a ton. now they say it will never get back there again.
