I was dumbfounded to read that the Board has recently issued 15 million options to Mr Conidi. I don’t know how he could accept them in view of the recent severe destruction of shareholder funds under HIS watch. I imagine he would already own a pile of shares in CAJ to be sufficiently motivated to try to fix the present crisis without further dilution of shareholder funds via options. I believe that he should not accept the options, but accept majority responsibility for severe collapse of market cap. Humans are usually the last to see their own faults and mistakes and can have great difficulty in rectifying them. My thinking is that it would be in the best interest of shareholders that Mr Conidi be promptly replaced.
