thunder - remember bhp and oel - bhp walked but in doing so threw ( i cannot remember the exact No) big dollars at oel for the drilling of the well ONLY - oel sought another JV partner, kept a subs % equity and used all those bhp $$ to drill without any subs cost to oel - that is the only way i can see pvd achieveing the dual outcome of drilling a well and being able to afford too.
