    Precisely where I'm at Slogger - lots of small raisings because mgmt don't know (and can't be expected to know) how long negotiations will take. Lots of small raisings only serve to dilute and frustrate SHers. Why not $15-$20m once with us all being given the chance to participate (certainly my pref even given extra cost)...Pt
