The problem when your dealing with offtake partners and financiers etc you never can tell how long it will take before they sign on the dotted line. You think it will be just around the corner so you raise enough money so as not to dilute shareholders too much. But then things drag on and the market takes a bit of a hit and before you know it you have to raise more money at a lower price.

Things could have gone the other way and we would all be cheering by now. As long as we reach the end point this CR will be just a blip on the horizon and we may not have any more. The latest presentation is pretty exciting and shows there is a lot happening.
