    Wow, what a shock, not. They even put a stop to it before they got my letter about all the aspects missing plus the inconsistencies of the prospectus.

    The fact of no forward information that would show a viable mine for the cost, is an absolute disgrace, and those that put it together certainly should not be paid big money to do so.

    So why the stop order?

    "ASIC has raised some concerns in relation to certain disclosures -in the Prospectus"

    Now they could have quite easily given shareholders a copy of the ASIC notice, but instead went for the one liner that hardly says anything, then have the gall to include this.....

    "CuDeco is working with ASIC to address these issues with a view of resolving them as soon as
    possible and will keep the market informed accordingly."

    As per usual the market is not informed of what the actual issues are, so a pretty poor start in keeping the market informed.

    Interesting how Bermuda asked if anyone had gone to gaol yet, just the other day. IMO ASIC are starting to have a really good look at this company, and rightly so!!
