If your doing cuttings you can bring to head pretty quick after striking root and depending on how large you want the plant you can plan their grow cycle and you can have mini xmas tree or small xmas tree size full of near dripping head depending. The cuttings are consistent quality if not better to the parent plant I would say it can be close to 12 weeks the cuttings won't turn male on you even if your lights f**k up in early cycle. Not saying this type of operation use cuttings but I know people who swear by it. And fast turnover accordingly.
