Once or twice in ten years.
When reported they said they were aware of it and it was corrected immediately.
Seems strange to me.
My trades with them now are long term ones so I might go a month or more without a trade,
Certainly a cause for concern though. I guess if they don't dispute your record is one thing, but pretty poor operation.
