I have said that the big boys will make a move sooner rather than later.
They definitely will not wait for the picture to improve.
They will buy when there is blood in the streets.
The fact they caused the streets to be filled with blood is beside the point.
That's how it works.
I am even starting to like the tight hole policy.
COP don't want any opportunistic bids for the junior JV partners just yet.
