Whiskey, it's my understanding that, if a TO is made for any of the JV, the other members of the JV must at the very minimum be informed, obviously if they then wanted to counter offer it would have to be at or greater than the original offer, to imagine, as your post insinuates, that COP or CNE can TO FAR at a reduced figure is quite simply ludicrous!!!!!
