Good point. Other thing to note is that if they were to raise money in the US they might be facing some serious reporting and regulation. Anything over $5m is a whole new ballgame. I'm guessing they would want to keep it below the radar. Most VC don't want to give companies looking for less then $10m the time of day. I just can't see anyone buying into or lending into this company any further. Their only hope is to cut overhead to the bare minimum and try and sell their way out of it. Maybe the execs could cut their salaries for the short term. How much does the CEO make anyway? $250-$450? So the investors take the hit while leadership takes a paycheck?
