So the next heads of ministers is set for march 27 2016.This would mean that Lucapa must release the announcement unless a private meet was scheduled ,which is possible but there are some important security problems going on in the north so i guess they come before Lucapa's announcement.It will give us a clue to coming events that can be signed off around that time in march though..
