Perfect illustration that you have no idea what went on here mongy, the plant was never anywhere near operating to capacity or spec, largely due to the rocket scientist hired by the Board to try and run the thing.
With all their talk of value add, etc, they couldn't even get the basic process remotely close to right, despite the quality of resource, and advice to market.
