I was thinking of a couple of posts on here about the plight of the poor in Angola and other under developed countries and it reminded me of a comment Lang Hancock made. He was asked by the press how best he could help the poor and he replied. By not becoming one of them. He copped a caning for the comment yet if you think about it , it is so true. Successful mines like LOM potentially have the opportunity to make an enormous difference to the cost of living.of those Angolans around us and to all those that have put their hard earned on this one.
