Serko Limited (NZX:SKO) is pleased to announce the completion of its Share
Purchase Plan (SPP), which opened on 21 January 2016 and closed on 12
February 2016.
Following the successful completion of the NZ$8.0 million placement
(Placement) of new shares to institutional and other qualified investors,
Serko offered existing eligible shareholders the opportunity to subscribe for
up to NZ$1.0 million of new shares via the SPP at the same NZ$0.84 per share
price paid by investors under the Placement. Each eligible shareholder on the
register as of the record date, 14 January 2016, was given the opportunity to
subscribe for up to NZ$15,000 worth of Serko shares, subject to scaling.
Serko received applications for NZ$96,000 of shares in the SPP. Consequently,
there will be no scaling of the applications received. Allotment of the
shares to eligible shareholders who participated in the SPP will be made on
19 February 2016 with trading on the NZX Main Board commencing on the same
day.
The Placement and SPP will provide Serko with further capital to invest in
its growth strategy.
