    Looks like that hasn't been announced.

    Purchasing today is 12 1/2 % Discount on purchases if all works out +CoA and it passes through!

    Well, price just went up to 24.5c (so after calculating.. 22c est purchase today if this proposal goes through and the record date is not prior to the announcement!..and you hold over 125000 shares) Would that be right?!
