REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
88 Energy Limited (the “Company”) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in a trading halt as follows:
- The trading halt has been requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to final thermal maturity interpretation of core taken from the HRZ interval in the recently completed Icewine#1 well, located onshore on the North Slope of Alaska;
- The trading halt should be until the release of the announcement by the Company, expected to be no later than market pre-open Wednesday 17 February 2016; and
- The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
