Some positive news shortly will shoot this onward and upward.

On a p/e of 10x currently with the potential to produce exponential recurring revenues very quickly this little 20 million dollar company will be worth 10x that within 2 years IMHO. Too many positives for the market to ignore.

• Cloud Based Learning Platform,  Low Cost/ Subscription based revenue = high scalability.
• 2 Mil in annual revenues with 3.5mil cash on hand, current cash burn rate 3-400k monthly. Expected to be cash positive by 2017 meaning no further Cap Raise necessary.
• Recently won an award from Virgin chief Sir Richard Branson, who met CEO to present him with the ‘Most Disruptive CIO/CTO’ prize at the Talent Unleashed awards. Other judges Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and Seek CEO Andrew Bassat
• Recently appointed 4 NEW Business Development Managers – Qld, NSW, VIC, WA and soon to appoint one in NZ
• Former Xero (cloud based accounting business)   exec who took Xero from 4000 customers to 120,000 over three years has been appointed.
• Gandel Family (developer of Chadstone) is a large investor
