Do you really think they bought such a powerful interest in BFC because they care about BFC shareholders?
Of course this is all speculation but common mate, stop thinking Top 20's care about retail investors.
Dashang Group care about their distribution arrangement with BFC and want to control the profits that stem from this.
They didn't invest in BFC because they care about the share price. They invested in controlling the certainty of their distribution network.
They wanted more than 15% but your directors didn't want them to get too powerful so they capped it. This is disclosed in the video posted earlier in the thread.
