    Very true @njbignell re any Enterprise let alone a Bank. DUB management need learn from this and be careful in future to be realistic because fear can creep in easily when things don't happen as announced. You might be able to get tech running in 18 minutes, or connected in a matter of days, but I'm willing to bet backend billing systems and automated "on-off" provisioning in the cloud isn't that easy.
