Although it's a valid question in the OP, you could also conversely ask "Why did RFN price surge by 875% 3 months after listing?"
Perhaps the current price is more realistic and fair than the October high, although with big announcements to come on the horizon (surely) we will hopefully make large gains in the long-term.
